At Trader Todd's, St. Patrick’s Day does not so much arrive as it erupts—emerald beads tangled in palm fronds, shamrocks pinned to thatched bamboo, the scent of lime and revelry rising like a tide.

By dusk, the tiki gods have surrendered to the Irish. Pints of emerald green beer. The crowd sways. A stranger in a green derby takes the microphone and becomes, for three glorious minutes, the patron saint of power ballads.

It is karaoke without restraint—where the tropics meet the Celtic, where leis meet kilts, and where every chorus is sung as if the fate of Dublin depended on it.
