Now hiring for the following positions:
Server
Part Time and Full Time hours available. Weekends are a must. Some experience preferred but always looking to train candidates with a can do attitude. Duties interacting with customers. inputting orders in the computer, delivering food and drinks to the customers, and keeping the venue clean and organized, Food handlers and Basset certificates a plus.
Cook/Pizza Maker
Learn the secrets of making tropical pizza in Chicago’s Island paradise. Candidates must have a passion for cooking, be self-motivated, and skilled at keeping the workspace organized and clean. Duties include stocking and prepping, making orders to specifications in a timely manner. Cleaning during and at the end of the shift. 1 year kitchen experience required. Food handlers or Food Safety certificate a plus.
Managing Bartender
We need a leader to help our team thrive. Bartend at Chicago’s #1 Tiki and Karaoke bar while learning all aspects of the business. Duties include opening and closing the restaurant, insuring the quality of product and service, leading the pre-shift meetings, bartending when the GM is on the floor, handling guests relations, support with inventory control. Experience required of at least 3 years bartending and 1 supervising or management. 1 year Kitchen Experience a plus. Food handler/Food Safety and Basset Certificate also a Plus.
