We’re bringing the rich flavors of New Orleans to Chicago with a week-long Mardi Gras menu. Each item on the menu was crafted with New Orleans in mind, and the menu is available all week long from Feb. 27 through March 5 to extend the Mardi Gras celebration.
Shrimp Po Boy This New Orleans classic is here to add a little flare to your week. The dashes of green onion aioli, romaine lettuce, house-pickled relish and a brioche sauce give you another reason to be thankful this festive menu lasts an entire week.
Boudin Blanc Sausage Roasted red pepper mayo, arugula, cajun pickled carrots and brioche all piled in with a house-made sausage will make this dish the highlight of your Mardi Gras.

The Hurricane is an iconic tropical drink and resides on the permanent Trader Todd’s drink menu. However, this special version of the Hurricane is receiving a unique, Mardi Gras twist for some rum-fueled fun.
